General Questions

For Baby Class:

  • Fees will be at $120 (promo) per person per month (max 5 kids/group)
  • $70 Deposit will be collected upon registration

(Deposit is refundable after minimum 6 months commitment and upon last month with the school)

Example:
Total payable for first month: $120 Monthly fees + $70 Deposit = Total $190
Total payable for second month onwards: Just the monthly fees

Details:

  • Lessons will be for 30 mins per session. Once per week, 4 times per month (including PH)
  • Free Trial Class. You can try the class for free before deciding to commit for lesson.

Do note that we need 1 parent to accompany the kid in the pool

For Children Class:

  •  Fees will be at $100 or $120 per person per month (max 8pax or 6pax/group)
  • $70 Deposit will be collected upon registration

(Deposit is refundable after minimum 6 months commitment and upon last month with the school)

  • $80 Uniform Fee 

(Includes : Thermal Wetsuit, Swim Cap + free Goggles, Kickboard, Back float and Mesh bag)

Example:
Total payable for first month: $100 Monthly fees + $70 Deposit + $80 Uniform Fees= Total $250
Total payable for second month onwards: Just the monthly fees

Details:

  • Lessons will be for 45 mins per session. Once per week, 4 times per month (including PH)
  • Free Trial Class. You can try the class for free before deciding to commit for lesson.

For Adult Class:

  • Fees will be at $140 per person per month (max 8pax/group)
  • $70 Deposit will be collected upon registration

(Deposit is refundable after minimum 6 months commitment and upon last month with the school)

Example:
Total payable for first month: $140 Monthly fees + $70 Deposit = Total $210
Total payable for second month onwards: Just the monthly fees

Details:

  • Lessons will be for 45 mins per session. Once per week, 4 times per month (including PH)

 

For Private Class:

We are doing promotion for private class, valid until end of December 2023

$280/month for 1 to 1

$350/month for 2 to 1

$420/month for 3 to 1

$480/month for 4 to 1

  • Please note that it is per group not per pax
  • A $80 uniform fee will be collected for kid ages 3.5 years old to 12 years old + 2 lesson fee for deposit

Terms and conditions for (Kids and Adults) Group class:

1) The paid deposit is refundable after a minimum commitment of 6 months class. 1 month notification period before quitting is required otherwise deposit will be used to offset that 1-month notification period.

2) We do not offer replacement class (meaning class is still chargeable) for the following reasons:

– travelling
– public holidays
– bad weather
– personal reasons
– exams
– fifth week
– vaccination
– home risk notice

3) For replacement of class due to medical reasons or covid positive, a medical certificate or covid test photo is required. Replacement class will be subjected to availability. If no medical certificate provided, class will still be chargeable.

4) In event of bad weather, dry lessons will be conducted therefore, please still report to class in swimming attire as lessons will commence as soon as weather allows.

Dry lessons will include land drills and theory lessons which will help in building muscles and knowledge on water safety.
If in the event where the pool is close, please still wait for the coach as dry lessons will be conducted.

5) We collect our fee every month. A general payment notification will be sent to groups as reminder. Receipt will be provided upon request.

6) There is no Pause Policy for 2 weeks and longer. If no show for two lessons without valid reason, the slot will be forfeited, and the deposit will be used to offset the unpaid lesson.

7) Payment must be settled within 2 weeks after notification of payment is sent, late payment will result in forfeiture of slots.

1) Promotional price is only valid till Dec 2023 unless stated otherwise. Meaning, price will change to its original price hence, the fees will be amended.
 
2) We will collect $80 uniform fee (3.5 years old to 12 years old only) for new comers, whereby this fee will include the following free starter pack: 
 
– a swim mesh bag
– a swim cap
– a kickboard
– a thermal wetsuit 
– a backfloat
– a goggles 
 
3) A deposit of 2 weeks of lesson fee is collectible. Deposit is refundable upon quitting after 6 months commitment with 1 mth serving notification period.
 
4) In the event of bad weather, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance for cancellation. Class will be chargeable if last minute cancelled.
 
5) If a sudden rain/lighting happened during the class, class will proceed with dry lesson and is still chargeable
 
5) In the event of travel or MC for private class, please let us know 1 week or 1 day in advance to arrange for postponement of class.
 
6) For more than 1 pax class, kindly note that cancellation of class need to be coherent and follow time frame

 

For New Students:

  • On the first day of trial, students are to bring along swimwear. If you do not have a goggle, you may purchase one from our swim coach.
  • Please contact admin for confirmation and class procedures

For Existing Students:

  • All Swimmerse students are all expected to be in their Swimmerse uniform with red Swimmerse swim cap every lesson.
  • Students should also bring their own kickboard, goggles.
  • Parents are also advised to bring some a bottle of warm water to warm the children up in the case of a cold day.

No learner is the same, everyone has different learning ability.

Generally, students of 6 years and above take a minimum of 6 months to learn how to swim.
This is why we implemented a minimum of 6 months commitment per child.

Younger learners or students with water phobia will take a longer time.

If you are able to enter the complex, wet weather program /  dry lessons will be conducted in sheltered areas of the complex. Please look for your respective coaches.

If it’s closed and you are unable to enter the complex, Please look for your respective coaches as class will proceed with wet weather program / dry lesson.

Yes, trial classes are available. You can contact us at 8588 7867 or through the contact form at the website to arrange for a full 45 mins lesson trial class.

Important to note:

If you do not find the class to your liking, the trial class is considered free of charge and you can just walk away!

If you do enjoy the class and would like to enroll for the class, we will consider the trial class as first lesson 🙂

Flagship Venues FAQs

Yes, yes and yes!

Swimmerse is very strict in our selection of coaches! All our coaches that teaches in the public pool are professionally certified, with some even holding level three coaching certification!

All of our coaches hold at least three years of on-going coaching experiences, so rest assured! Your little ones and you will be in good hands!

Yes, of course!

However, it will be subjected to availability. Some of coach or timing that you prefer may not be suitable for your kid’s current level. We group our students according to age and level, therefore our admin will recommend you a few time slots that is the most ideal for your child’s learning progression.

Class for 3.5 years old and above

No, you do not have to be in pool with your children. In fact, we recommend entrusting your child to the coaches! This is to create a conducive environment for all the learners in the pool.

However, if your child is under the age of 4, there is a chance that you may have to be in the pool together with your child. The coach will approach you should you need to be in the pool with your child.

Class for 1.5 years old up to 3.4 years old

Yes, we will need 1 parent to accompany your child in the pool. Both parents and students will need to be wearing proper swimming attire.

At Swimmerse, we take in toddlers as young as 1.5 years old for Sengkang Swimming Complex.

Meanwhile for other swimming complex will be at least 4 years old.

Our maximum class size is 6 or 8 pax to 1 coach.

Yes, Swimmerse teaches our students according to the Swimsafer 2.0 syllabus. This is a nationally recognized program. Students that completed their test will receive an online certification. Aside from that, exclusively from Swimmerse, a printed certification and a badge to recognize and validate the student’s hard work!

Every year, we have 3 test dates and we send eligible students to the test.

Swimsafer 2.0 have 6 stages, namely:

  • Stage 1
  • Stage 2
  • Stage 3
  • Stage 4 (Bronze)
  • Stage 5 (Silver)
  • Stage 6 (Gold)
