For Children Class:
We collect the fees every 2 months once on Jan. Mar. May. July. Sept. Nov.
Example for Sengkang Swimming Complex:
Payment is 70(July) +70(August) +70 (Deposit)
Example for Bukit Batok Swimming Complex:
Payment is 60(July) +60(August) +60 (Deposit)
For lesson that start in the middle of the month, lesson fee will be prorated.
Deposit will be refundable after 6 months if u want to quit, with 1 month notification.
For Adult Class:
We collect the fees at the start of every 10 lesson.
Across both our flagship location at Bukit Batok and Sengkang Swimming Complex:
$250 for 10 continuous lessons.
- For group class, there are no make up for PH , Bad weather, No turn up, Exam, School holidays and Travel. If it is due to sickness, pls provide MC for replacement class. Other form of replacement is subjected to the availability.
- There is no Pause Policy for month or longer. If no show for two lessons without vaild reason, the current slot may have to give up.
- Payment has to be settled within 2 weeks after notification of payment is sent.
- Deposit is refundable after 6 mths upon quitting. 1 month notice is required and the deposit can be used for the last month payment.

To check the status of the pool. If it’s closed, you have to wait for the pool re-open. Coaches will be waiting inside.
For New Students:
- On the first day of trial, students are to bring along swimwear and goggles (if you have). If you do not have a goggle, you may purchase one from our swim coach.
For Existing Students:
- All Swimmerse students are all expected to be in their Swimmerse uniform with red Swimmerse swim cap every lesson.
- Students should also bring their own kickboard, goggles.
- Parents are also advised to bring some a bottle of warm water to warm the children up in the case of a cold day.
No learner is the same, everyone has different learning ability.
Generally, students of 6 years and above take a minimum of 6 months to learn how to swim.
This is why we implemented a minimum of 6 months commitment per child.
Younger learners or students with water phobia will take a longer time.
If you are able to enter the complex, wet weather program / dry lessons will be conducted in sheltered areas of the complex. Please look for your respective coaches.
In the event of bad weather, please call the respective pool to check the status of the pool opening.

Yes, yes and yes!
Swimmerse is very strict in our selection of coaches! All our coaches that teaches in the public pool are professionally certified, with some even holding level three coaching certification!
All of our coaches hold at least three years of on-going coaching experiences, so rest assured! Your little ones and you will be in good hands!
Yes, of course!
However, it will be subjected to availability. Some of coach or timing that you prefer may not be suitable for your kid’s current level. We group our students according to age and level, therefore our admin will recommend you a few time slots that is the most ideal for your child’s learning progression.
Yes, trial classes are available. You can contact us at 8588 7867 or through the contact form at the website to arrange for a full 1 hour lesson trial class.
If you do not find the class to your liking, the trial class is considered free of charge and you can just walk away!
If you do enjoy the class and would like to enroll for the class, we will consider the trial class as one lesson 🙂
No, you do not have to be in pool with your children. In fact, we recommend entrusting your child to the coaches! This is to create a conducive environment for all the learners in the pool.
However, if your child is under the age of 4, there is a chance that you may have to be in the pool together with your child. The coach will approach you should you need to be in the pool with your child.
At Swimmerse, we take in toddlers as young as 2.5 years old.
Parents with learners that are younger than 3 years old are expected to be in the pool with the learner.
Our maximum class size is 10 pax to 1 coach.
Generally, we try to keep the class size to maximum 8 pax. However, for popular weekend timeslots, it may get to 10 pax per class.
Yes, Swimmerse teaches our students according to the Swimsafer 2.0 syllabus. This is a nationally recognized program. Students that completed their test will receive an online certification. Aside from that, exclusively from Swimmerse, a printed certification and a badge to recognize and validate the student’s hard work!
Every year, we have 3 test dates and we send eligible students to the test.
Swimsafer 2.0 have 6 stages, namely:
- Stage 1
- Stage 2
- Stage 3
- Stage 4 (Bronze)
- Stage 5 (Silver)
- Stage 6 (Gold)
